Katy Sandlin
Katy's love for movement began early with dance, cheer, track, and surfing. She also spent years riding horses professionally, further deepening her connection to strength, balance and discipline.
In her early twenties, she fell in love with Hot Yoga L, which ignited her passion for fitness and wellness.
She earned her HIIT Pilates certification through P20 Pilates & Fitness in Sacramento, where she trained in HIIT & Mat Pilates, Bikini Butt, and Kettlelates.
When she's not creating new formats, you can find her hiking, researching new ways to optimize performance and staying grounded in both body & spirit. Her classes are intentional, challenging, and full of heart.
